The offer and sale of products on this site are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. The products purchased are sold directly by VMGWORLD 883799850 RCS
The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, in particular in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply on their date of publication on this site. In addition, each time an order is placed on the site, each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions.
Rule #1: Price
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
1.2 - In the event of an order to a country other than Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. For any order to a country other than Metropolitan France, you must contact VMGWORLD via the after-sales service page.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - VMGWORLD reserves the right to modify prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of registration of orders, subject to their availability.
Rule #2: Order
By validating your order online, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with VMGWORLD. If you disagree with any of the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to confirm your order form for the purchase of products on VMGWORLD. By submitting your order form, you confirm that you know and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
Rule #3: Availability
Our product offers are proposed within the limit of available stocks. Errors may exceptionally exist, in particular in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we undertake to keep you informed by email or telephone as soon as possible.
VMGWORLD assumes no liability in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products.
Rule #4: Order Finalization
At any time, you can: Add products by clicking on “Add to Cart” View selected products by clicking on “Checkout or Cart”, Modify your selection by clicking on “Update”, or by adjusting the quantities as appropriate.
For each product selected on the site, a summary page will be displayed, including the photo of the item, its colors and reference, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order. You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products whose photos are displayed on the site are faithful to the original products, variations may occur, in particular due to limitations in color rendering depending on computer equipment. Consequently, VMGWORLD cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products appearing on the site.
If you have any questions about the products, you can of course contact Customer Service. Once completed, your order will be forwarded directly for processing.
VMGWORLD reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order, or if the company reasonably believes that a customer has breached these General Conditions of Sale, or for any other legitimate reason.
You have the option to create an account in order to save billing and shipping information for a future order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You agree, under your sole responsibility, to keep these identifiers confidential and never to communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed to have been made by you. In the event of loss, theft, or any fraudulent use of your password, you agree to immediately inform VMGWORLD.
Rule #5: Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Shipments to France are made by Colissimo.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping bag and appear in the total to pay. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery area and the service chosen.
Customs and other fees in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to our Customer Service by email or telephone.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.)
You must then contact Customer Service by telephone.
Rule No. 6: Payment
You can choose between different payment methods: - Bank cards - Paypal
For payment by credit card, the cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Rule #7: Returns
We do not do exchanges per se. Within 14 days of your delivery, simply return your item to us in its original packaging. We will refund you upon receipt of the item (a notification email will be sent to you) within 10 days from the date of delivery. You can then order the item that suits you, for example in a different size or color.
1. PREPARE THE PACKAGE Put the item(s) back in its/their original packaging(s), then place it(them) in a package. Please include your order number in the package.
2. SHIP THE ITEM(S) Drop off your package at the nearest post office and ship it to the following address (return costs are your responsibility):

4. YOU ARE REIMBURSED! Upon receipt of your package by our services, you will be reimbursed within 10 working days (generally observed period). The reimbursement will be made on the same means of payment used when ordering.
Rule #8: Responsibilities
The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities in your country the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
Rule No. 9: Disputes
This contract is entered into in French and is subject to French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
Rule No. 10: Personal Information
VMGWORLD undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information that you communicate to it. This information remains confidential. It will only be used by our internal services for the processing of your order, to personalize communication, the cultural offer of the product reserved for VMGWORLD customers, in particular by the VMGWORLD newsletters to which you will have subscribed according to your interests.
Consequently, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (declaration number 1733208 v 0), you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request online or by mail, indicating your name, first name, address and, if possible, your reference via the form.
